The Mill - The main restaurant serving lavish International and Jamaican cuisine. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets, it offers both indoor and al fresco dining overlooking the main pool and ocean. Dinner available every night except nights of beach parties. A kids korner has been introduced featuring kids specialties for breakfast, lunch and dinner starting at 5pm.
The Seville - This elegant, Georgian-styled restaurant is located on the second story of the central facility. With panoramic views overlooking the main pool and beach area, this specialty restaurant serves authentic Caribbean cuisine with white-gloved service. The restaurant also has a lounge area adjacent for before dinner cocktails and coffee. Adults only. Reservations required.
Teppanyaki Restaurant - Guests can savor a taste of the Orient with Japanese cuisine prepared at Teppanyaki tables. The restaurant also offers seating for before dinner cocktails, a full service bar and a tea room for dessert. Reservations Required.
Cafe Carneval - Italian favorites in an open-air setting with full service pasta bar which also serves brick oven pizza.
Last Chance Saloon - At dinner time experience Southwestern grilled favorites in a casual setting. This beach grill also serves anytime snacks day and night.
Blazing Paradise Beach Grill - Serving delicious burgers, jerk chicken, hot dogs and more throughout the day and until the wee hours of the morning
Dress Code
At dinner seatings proper attire is required, requirements vary by restaurant. No beachwear, tank tops or bare feet allowed. Long pants and collared shirts, or dress shorts and collared shirts are required for dinner at many of the restaurants.
Lounges/Bars
Premium brand beverages are served at all seven of the resort's bars, including the Main Lobby Bar, the Main Pool Swim-Up Bar, the Piano Bar called Safari Bar because of its decor and the bar in Nicole's Disco. The Piazza pool area also has a swim-up pool bar.
